Respite Now App

The Respite Now App is a matching tool that matches information inputted by the families with the workers' info for families to make connections and hire workers to meet their respite needs.  Tanya Yakeley is the Coordinator of the Respite Now program.  She is available to families to support with navigating the Respite Now App and refer to community resources.  Respite Now requires all workers to have a verified clean vulnerable sector police check, a First Aid and CPR certificate along with some Identification before becoming active on the site for families to see their info.  All info uploaded or inputted onto the site is confidential.  The only info that is shared through the site is workers' contact info and the Caregivers contact info once a request for contact has been made by the Caregiver.  Workers are not able to contact Caregivers without Caregivers initiating the contact.  All information shared regarding the individual needing care is limited to non-identifying info.  The Caregiver decides what info to share when posting a care request.  Use of the App is free.  The only money exchanged is outlined in the private contract between the family and worker.  If you require more info or need some assistance contact us.
