When you log in you will have three big buttons: Assignments, More Work, and Profile. Also, there will be 6 smaller black-outlined buttons - a lock to change your password, a circled checkmark to review how many individuals your credentials match with, a stack of cash to get a financial report, a flip-card to view your work calendar, a circular arrow to refresh the page, and a pencil on paper to display our terms of use. At the bottom will be a feedback link, a house image to return you to the home page, and a door with an arrow coming from it to log you out of RespiteNow.

The assignments button will indicate how many future care jobs you are scheduled for. The assignments page will show one tile per assignment. You can use those tiles to remind yourself of the individual's needs, or the details of the activity planned. Also from a care detail page, you can reach out to the caregiver or cancel a care if something has come up to make it impossible for you to fulfill the obligation. If you cancel a care the caregiver will be notified. If you cancel a care less than 48 hours in advance, the RespiteNow coordinator will also be notified.

On the assignments list, scheduled cares, those for a specific date and time will show with a from and to time, while unscheduled cares, those with more flexible timing and usually recurring regularly, will not showtimes.

The more work button will indicate how many yet-to-be assigned cares you have been matched to. When you click on the more work page you will see one tile per opportunity. Scheduled care opportunities will show with specific times, while unscheduled ones will show with dates and recurrence information. You need to go into the opportunity to learn more about the requirements. Once you are inside an opportunity you can use the More link to review the needs of the individual in detail, and apply for the work or exclude yourself from future matches with that individual.

When you apply for work, no plans are firmly made yet - it is up to the caregiver to accept your application in order for you to become the assigned provider. You can set a preference in your profile to send you an SMS when you get assigned.

The profile button allows you to modify the information about you that was loaded at the time you were registered for our service. Also under profile, you will need to indicate your experience, qualifications, and credentials, along with the needs which you are able and/or qualified to meet as a provider. If you have obligations recurring weekly such as a job, or a planned absence such as a vacation, please itemize these here so that you are not matched to scheduled care you cannot fulfill.

 The password page allows you to change your password for RespiteNow. We ask for your current password first so that we know it's really you requesting the change, and someone hasn't just sat down at your computer or picked up your device while you're not looking.

The matches button will show you an anonymized list of individuals whose needs your qualifications are a match for. If you find the results unsatisfactory, you would be well advised to review your serving radius and other qualifications under your profile.

Here we provide you a summary detailing the earnings from scheduled cares for the current and previous months and years, along with a PDF report of earnings for the current and previous year.

The calendar page shows a traditional calendar month view with your scheduled care assignments, scheduled care opportunities, weekly absences, and planned absences indicated on the day they occur.

On every RespiteNow page, you will find a feedback link that lets you send a note to the program coordinators and the technical team. Use this if you have questions or if something doesn't seem to be working correctly.
